Workforce Solutions helps make the Gulf Coast region a top destination to live, work, and do business. Serving 13 counties across the Houston-Galveston area, we partner with the Texas Workforce Commission and the statewide Workforce Solutions network to power Texas’s largest job-matching system, WorkInTexas.com.

- Fostering Strategic Partnerships: Building stronger relationships with secondary and postsecondary institutions, businesses, and community organizations to create a cohesive and responsive workforce development ecosystem.
- Innovative Service Delivery: Reimagining career offices and service delivery to be more intuitive, responsive, and user centered.
